If you or anyone using this service suffers from severe, life-threatening food allergies (such as anaphylaxis to peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, milk, eggs, or wheat), YOU MUST ALWAYS READ PHYSICAL PRODUCT INGREDIENT LABELS AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE AND CONSULT A CERTIFIED ALLERGIST OR REGISTERED DIETITIAN BEFORE CONSUMING ANY ALTERNATIVE FOOD PRODUCT. By subscribing to our waitlist or interacting with our mobile and web applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms contained herein, do not access or use the platform.
2. Description of Services & Waitlist
Equivaleat offers a platform designed to help users identify nutritionally equivalent food alternatives based on dietary restrictions, allergies, and health goals. Joining our waitlist reserves your spot for early product access and updates. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate software access or specific promotional perks.
3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree to use Equivaleat only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false or automated bot email addresses to our waitlist forms.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary database content or nutritional matching algorithms.
- Interfere with or disrupt network connections, servers, or web application security.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand marks, logos, visual interface designs, graphic illustrations, proprietary CSS/JS code, and content published on Equivaleat are the exclusive intellectual property of Grzegorz Sierocki, the solo developer of Equivaleat, and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Equivaleat and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including personal injury, allergic reaction, loss of health, or data loss) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the platform.
